Giving to Ukraine
Overview
The Gift of Soccer Foundation is proud to partner once again with SportQuest Ministries to support their outreach program in Ukraine. SportQuest’s Ukraine Coordinator, Andrii Petrenko, a former professional soccer player, felt called to work in sports ministry at the age of 18. Andrii is dedicated to transforming his hometown of Shoskta, Ukraine, by using sports to positively impact the youth and their families. He will personally transport and deliver the much-needed gear to the Shoskta region.
We were fortunate to connect with Heather Starr, who helped us receive soccer uniforms from a local school, Eldorado High School. This generous contribution has gone long way in supporting our mission and making a difference in the lives of young athletes in Ukraine. Thank you to Heather Starr and Eldorado High School, for their generous contributions and support.

Collection
The Gift of Soccer Foundation was thrilled to receive an outstanding collection of gear from Heather Starr. She collaborated with Eldorado High School to gather these valuable donations. Once we received the gear, the Gift of Soccer team prepared it for transport to Ukraine. This generous contribution will support our efforts to bring the joy of soccer to children in need.

Our heartfelt thanks go to Andrii Petrenko, the Ukraine Coordinator, for his dedication and effort in ensuring the gear reached its intended destination. Andrii’s commitment to his community is inspiring, and his hard work made it possible for us to deliver the equipment to this much needed community.
